Stressed? Overworked? Confused?
In the busy, noisy world we live in Meditation is a wonderful tool to improve health, enjoy better sleep, feel less anxious and more relaxed and increase effectiveness in the workplace. Regular practise increases mental clarity and can lead to greater empowerment in decision making.
Techniques are easy to learn and the only equipment you need is a hard back chair. I teach a variety of techniques- muscle relaxation, breathing and visualisations- something to suit everyone!
These techniques are non- denominational- you do not need to be religious or spiritual to benefit from meditation.
Once learnt, Meditation is a skill that you have for life- and can help you master fear, stress and overwork, where ever you are- a Temple or a mountain top are NOT required!
